Job Title: Head Brand Marketing & PR

Reporting To: Founder & CMD / Leadership Team

Position Summary

Della Townships is seeking a strategic, high-energy Brand Marketing and Public Relations leader to drive integrated communication, brand equity, and event execution across our luxury township developments. Based in Mumbai, this role will own end-to-end brand strategy, performance marketing alignment, corporate PR, and the execution of grand launch events and calendar initiatives for Della Townships nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Marketing Management
Develop and execute global-standard brand positioning strategies for luxury integrated townships (spanning branded residences, villas, wellness hubs, and retail).
Formulate 360-degree brand campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and experiential touchpoints.
Maintain absolute brand consistency, design ethos, and luxury storytelling across all collateral, lookbooks, and media assets.




Partner closely with Performance Marketing and Lead Generation teams to convert brand recall into qualified real estate inquiries and site visits.
PR, Corporate Communications & Media Relations
Lead nationwide PR strategy, positioning Della Townships as India’s premier asset-light luxury township developer.
Build and nurture direct relationships with Tier-1 real estate, business, lifestyle, and mainstream media outlets.
Spearhead executive profiling, leadership speeches, press releases, media roundtables, and crisis communications.
Drive organic media coverage, thought-leadership features, and industry award nominations.

Job Expectations

Event Conceptualization, Launch & Execution
Own end-to-end PR, media coverage, and branding for flagship launch events, property unveilings, and milestone celebrations.
Manage full event logistics from thematic framing, venue setup, and VIP guest communications to post-event press dissemination.
Coordinate corporate calendar events, channel partner meets, HOD leader
