Role Description This full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role is based in Durgapur and focuses on promoting DesignBird’s design and development courses to prospective students and partners. The Field Sales Representative will identify and approach potential leads through campus visits, corporate meetings, events, and local outreach, explaining course offerings and helping prospects choose suitable programs.



Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and demos, following up on inquiries, and closing enrollments to meet individual and team targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other organizations, collecting market feedback, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Qualifications

Proven field sales experience, preferably in education, training, or related services, with strong lead generation and closing abilities.
