About the Role

We are looking for our first Business Development Manager to help grow our business in the US market.
The primary goal of this role is to develop compelling business propositions, identify companies that are a strong fit for our services, and create qualified sales opportunities by securing meetings with relevant decision-makers.

This is a hands-on business development role for someone who enjoys understanding businesses, researching prospects, crafting thoughtful outreach, and starting conversations with potential clients.

Understand our services, capabilities, past client work, and target customers.
Identify the business problems we can solve for different types of prospective clients.
Develop and continuously refine our positioning, value propositions, and outreach messaging.
Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with decision-makers.
Test different propositions and use market feedback to improve our approach.
Identify & Qualify Prospects

Define ideal customer profiles and identify attractive market segments.
Research companies that fit our target customer profile.
Identify relevant decision-makers and stakeholders within those organizations.
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects.
Prioritize prospects based on fit, potential value, and likelihood of conversion.
