We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team, contributing to the build-out and upkeep of a product lifecycle platform built on Java, Angular, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. This engagement follows an AI-native delivery approach, embedding AI Ops and AI SDLC practices from the very start, and offers exposure to a up-to-date microservices architecture supporting genuine industrial-scale operations, handling over 1 million products and more than 100,000 client submissions each year.

Responsibilities

Help build and sustain a product lifecycle platform constructed with Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
Contribute to a microservices architecture engineered for industrial-scale performance
Apply recognized engineering standards and CI/CD practices throughout the development process
Facilitate communication across REST APIs and various service integrations
Help preserve platform dependability under a 24/5 operational model, including 24/7 coverage for P1/P2 incidents
Take part in code reviews and testing activities alongside fellow engineers




Respond constructively to feedback and raise questions to support ongoing improvement
Adjust quickly to a fast-moving environment while picking up modern engineering approaches

Requirements

Between 8 and 12 years of background in Java Full Stack development paired with Angular
Working knowledge of REST APIs and service-to-service communication
Willingness to operate within defined engineering standards and CI/CD processes
Ability to work well within a team setting and respond positively to constructive input
Careful attention to detail when supporting platforms that demand high availability
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Familiarity with Kafka, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch
Understanding of hexagonal or microservices architectural patterns
Background contributing to teams following structured code review and testing practices
