This is a strategic, results-oriented leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern demand generation engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue growth. You will translate solution marketing strategies into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that engage enterprise buyers throughout the customer journey. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on optimization across ABM, marketing automation, campaign performance, and funnel conversion. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to create a predictable and measurable pipeline generation function. Strong emphasis is placed on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, attribution, and connecting marketing performance directly to revenue outcomes. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing team while shaping scalable processes in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business growth, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
Build and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, ABM, content syndication, partner marketing, and outbound initiatives.
Transform solution marketing content and messaging into engaging campaigns that increase buyer engagement and generate qualified pipeline.
Design and optimize buyer journey programs that educate prospects, nurture demand, and accelerate movement through the sales funnel.
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams to improve lead quality, inquiry-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline velocity, and overall GTM alignment.
Develop and optimize Account-Based Marketing programs using 6sense, intent data, and account-level insights to drive engagement and conversion across target accounts.
