Job Description
The purpose of this position is to Head the Talent Acquisition & Talent Attraction for Bosch Limited, in developing and executing strategies to attract Top Talent, build hiring strategies for Bosch as being a preferred employer among Talent fraternity.
1. Overseeing recruitment processes, workload management for Talent Acquisition Managers, RPO, and Vendors to ensure effectiveness, leading to optimized hiring outcomes. Accountable for comprehensive end to end search to onboarding of current talent for RBIN
2. Lead Ecosystem Development including Hiring manager coaching across RBIN such as UBCM, Talent Hub touchpoints and driving key new age practices in Industry
3. Establish and monitor on recruiting processes, managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates, fostering excellence in key twin aspects of "Business Impact" & "Candidate Experience" through agree
