The position is designed to drive client delivery across the region and also supporting in business generation activities for Advisory that directly supports in the growth of the team (Including infrastructure and energy)

Programme Mobilisation & Set-Up

Lead programme mobilisation activities for major capital, infrastructure, real estate and transformation programmes.
Define programme vision, objectives and delivery principles.
Develop mobilisation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
Establish programme management offices and integrated delivery functions.
Support clients through programme initiation, transition and scale-up phases.
Ensure programme structures are aligned with business objectives and delivery requirements.
Operating Model Design

Design and implement programme operating models that define governance, organization structures, roles, accountabilities, processes and interfaces.
Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) for programme organisations.
