About Gapblue
Gapblue is an Oracle ERP and AI consultancy of around 200 people, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kochi and Pleasanton, California. We have been building enterprise systems for 18 years and are an Oracle Partner Network Level 1 partner.
Our current work is agentic AI that runs inside enterprise systems rather than alongside them. For major real estate and construction organisations in the Gulf, we have put AI agents into live production within Oracle Fusion — automating supplier onboarding, scoring technical evaluations, benchmarking bids against market rates, and validating progress payment certificates before they become disputes. This is deployed work rather than pilots — and almost nobody outside our client base knows it.

Role Overview
We are hiring one senior person to close the gap between what we have built and what the market understands about us.
You will go into the delivery organisation,



establish what has been built and what it achieved, decide what Gapblue claims and in what order, and turn it into material a consultant can carry into a boardroom without a founder in the room.
This is a narrative role with a design obligation — not a design role with some writing attached.

What You Will Own
The core narrative: what Gapblue claims, in what order, and on what evidence. Maintain one positioning document that everything else derives from.
The asset library: master credentials deck, modular solution decks by domain, one-pagers, case studies and LinkedIn carousel series — versioned, current and findable.
Case studies, end to end, including securing client approval to be named or negotiating the strongest attributable alternative.
The presentation design system: PowerPoint masters, theme colours, and a chart and diagram library that remains editable without breaking the layout.
