The Senior Social Media Manager will lead social media strategy and execution for our clients, driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram , working closely with strategy, content, and design teams.

Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies

Plan and manage monthly content calendars

Create, review, and refine social media copy and content

Coordinate with design and content teams for timely execution

Monitor analytics,



performance, and audience insights

Drive community management and social listening

Identify trends and opportunities to improve content performance

Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations

Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms

Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.

Demonstrated ability in Content Strategy and Writing to craft compelling, on-brand narratives and campaigns.

Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and community engagement.

Proficiency with social media analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

Proven experience in a senior or lead social media role within marketing, advertising, or brand management.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, manage workflow
