The Opportunity

The Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer will be a key contributor to the
design and development of analog integrated circuits for Allegro's
next-generation motor driver and power management products. This role requires
deep expertise in analog integrated circuit design, strong problem-solving
skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives within a dynamic and
team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
full lifecycle of analog IC development, from concept to silicon validation,
ensuring high-performance, robust, and cost-effective solutions for automotive
and industrial motor drive and power management applications.

What You Will Do





* Lead the architectural definition, design, simulation, and layout supervision
of motor driver/power management integrated circuit and sub-blocks, such as
HS/LS gate drivers, amplifiers, charge pumps, bandgap references, regulators,
ADCs, DACs, serial interfaces, and diagnostics.

* Drive the definition of analog circuit blocks based on system-level
requirements and specifications, collaborating closely with system
architects, digital designers, and test engineers.

* Perform detailed transistor-level circuit design, including schematic
capture, simulation (e.g., Spectre, HSPICE), and verification using advanced
EDA tools.

* Oversee and guide layout engineers to ensure optimal performance, matching,
and robustness of analog circuits.

* Conduct comprehensive pre-silicon verification, including corner simulations,
Monte Carlo analysis, noise analysis, and reliability checks.
