This is a senior engineering leadership role responsible for the technical execution of a dedicated product pod.
You’ll act as the technical counterpart to the product owner, translating business priorities into scalable, maintainable software.
The role combines hands-on technical leadership with planning, delivery management, architecture, and engineering mentorship.
You’ll help teams identify risks early, challenge technical assumptions, and establish strong engineering practices.
Working across Product, QA, Design, DevOps, and other functions, you’ll remove blockers and enable predictable, high-quality releases.

Accountabilities




Own engineering delivery for the product pod, including planning, estimation, prioritization, execution, and release coordination.
Partner with the product owner to review product requirements, identify gaps and edge cases, assess technical risks, and improve readiness before development begins.
Lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, evaluate implementation approaches, and guide architecture and system-design decisions.
Balance delivery speed, product priorities, engineering quality, scalability, and technical debt to ensure predictable execution.
Establish and reinforce engineering best practices covering code reviews, automated testing, documentation, observability, security, coding standards, and CI/CD.
Drive production quality through root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and measures that prevent recurring defects and technical issues.
