Working closely with Sales, Campaign Operations, and internal specialists, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
You’ll become a trusted advisor who proactively identifies opportunities, solves challenges, and drives ongoing client value.

Accountabilities
Understand and document client objectives, KPIs,



and desired business outcomes in collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders.
Create and maintain client success plans, tracking progress and identifying opportunities to improve performance and value realization.
Provide proactive, data-driven guidance and best practices to help clients achieve their marketing and business goals.
Advise clients on account-based marketing strategies, campaign optimization, digital advertising, and the effective use of available data and solutions.
Build functional expertise in marketing technology, digital advertising, and ABM to serve as a knowledgeable and trusted client advisor.
Support complex client accounts and act as an expansion resource for other team members when additional expertise is required.
Coordinate delivery processes across internal teams and engage the appropriate resources to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
