Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets for the designated territory, industry or market segment.
Identify, develop and convert current business opportunities through prospecting, customer referrals, networking, digital platforms, inbound leads and cold calling.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales action plans to drive business growth.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and commercial discussions to generate new business.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.





Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Deliver a superior customer experience through regular engagement and proactive support.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of receivables and Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs), as applicable

Technical & Product Expertise

Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and its applications.
Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to customers.
