Manager – Data Product & Strategy
About the Role
We are looking for a Data Product & Strategy Manager to work closely with the leadership team across a ₹4,000 Cr+ annual revenue business spanning three strategic domains — IoT, IQ (CPaaS), and UCLM (Unified Campaign Lifecycle Management).
The business operates across a wide range of products, technologies, customer segments and markets, creating significant opportunities for new product innovation, revenue growth and operational improvement. This role will act as a strategic anchor across the portfolio — bringing together market intelligence, business data, product thinking and structured problem-solving to identify high-impact opportunities and convert them into actionable business propositions.
The person will work closely with leadership to evaluate strategic ideas, develop new product concepts, build business cases, synthesise complex information and drive alignment for investment and execution.
A key part of the role will also be to look across domains,



identify patterns in business performance and customer behaviour, and determine what can be replicated or scaled across the portfolio to create new revenue pools and strengthen market leadership.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analytics & Insights
Develop a data-driven view of business performance across IoT, CPaaS and UCLM; track key metrics, identify trends and surface risks/opportunities.
Use data to challenge assumptions, identify root causes and provide actionable insights to support leadership decisions.
2. Strategy & Product Innovation
Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities through market, customer and competitor research; develop strategic briefs, business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
Identify opportunities for differentiated products, partnerships and current revenue pools leveraging Airtel’s unique assets and capabilities.
