Role Description The Guest Experience Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Muzaffarnagar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily guest interactions, ensuring that visitors receive courteous, timely, and high-quality service throughout their stay or visit. The Guest Experience Manager will monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns, and implement initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with front-of-house and service teams, reviewing service standards, organizing staff briefings, and supporting training activities to uphold consistent guest experience levels. The role also involves preparing reports on guest satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with management to introduce new service offerings or experience enhancements.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building positive, long-term guest relationships.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and internal teams.
Experience managing Guest Experience, including handling feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
Ability to design and deliver Training sessions for staff to improve service quality and guest interactions.
