About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive with strong knowledge of export finance, banking processes, compliance and documentation to join our team in Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage export transactions, bank coordination and export bill realization
? Handle ECGC declarations and credit limits
? Generate e-BRC through the DGFT portal
? Manage export documentation, EGM status and bank closures
? Coordinate forward contracts / dollar booking
? Track Drawback & RoDTEP claims and receipts
? Support tax compliance, MIS reporting and financial documentation
? Coordinate with Logistics and other teams for payment verification
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting or a related field
✔️ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Export Finance
✔️ Strong understanding of export banking and documentation
✔️ Knowledge of ECGC, DGFT, e-BRC, RoDTEP and export processes
✔️ Strong analytical, coordination and documentation skills
✔️ Chemical industry experience will be an added advantage
? Must Have: Candidates should have relevant experience in export finance and be comfortable managing banking, compliance, MIS and export-related documentation.
