Role Overview
Aglo is looking for a polished, articulate, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships with distributors, retail partners, institutional buyers, suppliers, and other business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client communication, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role requires a robust service mindset, excellent communication skills,



and the ability to represent Aglo professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors, retail partners, institutional buyers, suppliers, and business collaborators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and ensure appropriate support and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing business relationships.

Client Communication and Support
- Manage client enquiries through telephone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about Aglo’s products, business processes, partnership models, and service offerings.
