Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Healthcare SaaS

ClinicPro is looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to own the technical architecture, infrastructure, integrations, security, scalability, and long-term technology strategy behind our AI healthcare platform.

We need a hands-on technical leader and systems architect who can operate strategically while remaining close enough to the technology to make critical architectural and engineering decisions.

What You'll Own You will work directly with the founders and engineering team to build a reliable, scalable, enterprise-ready AI platform.

Own ClinicPro's overall technical architecture and technology strategy

Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS, backend, API, database, and cloud infrastructure

Architect AI voice, conversational AI, multi-agent, and automation systems

Oversee complex EMR/EHR, CRM, scheduling, and healthcare software integrations

Establish robust standards for architecture, development, testing, deployment, and documentation

Identify architectural bottlenecks, technical debt, reliability risks, and scalability constraints before they become major problems

Improve platform reliability, observability, latency, security, performance, and infrastructure efficiency

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, infrastructure, models, and fr
