We’re Hiring: Business Development & Sales Conversion Specialist

About the Role

Are you a proactive sales professional who knows how to turn inquiries into signed Purchase Orders?
We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven Business Development & Sales Conversion Specialist to serve as the face of KKEC PVT LTD. In this role, you will lead customer-facing commercial interactions—from qualifying incoming inquiries to post-order account management.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead Management: Handle and qualify inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, website leads, and direct client queries with speed and accuracy.
? Quotation Follow-Up & Closure: Actively track and follow up on submitted commercial proposals, address customer queries/objections, negotiate terms, and successfully convert offers into Purchase Orders (POs).
? Post-Order Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact after order placement—ensuring smooth communication,



handling delivery/execution queries, and maintaining strong customer trust.
? New Business Development: Identify and map prospective B2B clients, EPC contractors, and industrial buyers to systematically grow our sales pipeline.
? Pipeline Tracking: Maintain organized logs of inquiry statuses, win-loss reasons, and pending quotations.

What We Are Looking For
? 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, lead conversion, or commercial quotation follow-ups (industrial/electrical/engineering sector experience is a strong plus).
⚡ Proven expertise in managing and converting B2B portal leads (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
?️ Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle client pushbacks professionally and focus on value-driven closing.
? Structured Follow-up Discipline: Highly organized with an active approach to pipeline management.
