About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Research & Delivery Manager – Telecom & Market Intelligence to join our Market & Competitive Intelligence team. The role will involve tracking the telecom and technology landscape, analysing competitors and market developments, and converting large volumes of information into meaningful, decision-ready insights.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the telecom ecosystem and experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, strategic research, or technology research.

AI automatically generates titles, summaries, and key highlights for relevant news articles
Analysts review, refi ne, and curate content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Ericsson priorities
Combines speed of AI with expert validation, delivering high-quality intelligence at lower effort
Daily newsletters covering customers, competitors, and key telecom themes
Supports editorial control and approval workfl ows with Ericsson teams




Competitor Intelligence Profiles AI Analyst Driven
AI aggregates and structures data on competitors, including company overview, offerings, financials, and recent developments.
AI-assisted extraction of key metrics, business events, and strategic signals from multiple sources.
Analysts validate, synthesize, and contextualize insights to highlight competitor strategy, positioning, and implications for Ericsson.
Quarterly profi les delivered in executive-ready PowerPoint format Combines automated data extraction with expert analysis to deliver high-quality, decision-ready competitor insights efficiently.
Portal Analytics & Reporting:
Monthly reports on:
