Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara.



The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with solar developers, EPC contractors, and installers, and promoting MTE Structures Limited’s portfolio of mounting solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role also involves tracking sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts, gathering customer feedback, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence in the solar sector.
