Job Description:
We’re looking for an Associate – Academic Operations to drive the day-to-day academic execution and Learner experience across our programs and university campuses.
This role sits at the intersection of Learners, faculty, academic leadership, and university stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that academic operations run smoothly — from planning and scheduling classes to tracking attendance and academic progress, coordinating with faculty, managing Learner concerns, and ensuring timely closure of operational dependencies.
You will work closely with internal academic teams and university stakeholders to ensure that classes, assessments, examinations,



Learner interventions, and other academic activities are executed as planned. The role requires high ownership, strong communication, attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Operations: Own day-to-day academic operations for assigned batches, ensuring classes, labs, assessments, examinations, revision sessions, contests, and other academic activities are executed as per plan.
Cohort Management: Coordinate and maintain cohort calendars, academic schedules, faculty schedules, assessments, events, and other academic activities. Ensure timely communication of schedules and changes to Learners and stakeholders.
Faculty Coordination: Work closely with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely completion of academic deliverables including attendance, assessments, assignments, study materials, recordings, sessi
