About the role –

At Collective Artists Network, Legal sits at the heart of the deals that shape the business. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially oriented Corporate Legal Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience and strong exposure to M&A;, equity transactions, investments and JVs.

The role offers end-to-end exposure to equity deals, spanning structuring, due diligence, documentation, negotiation and closure across Collective's dynamic ecosystem of talent, content, brands and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities –
- Drive corporate transactions end-to-end, from structuring, due diligence and documentation through negotiation, execution and closure.
- Draft, review and negotiate SPAs, SSAs, SHAs, JV Agreements, term sheets, NDAs and other M&A;/investment documentation.
- Drive equity investments, acquisitions, M&A;, JVs and strategic partnerships including overseeing equity deals where external vendors are involved




- Partner with business leaders, founders, finance teams and external counsel to translate commercial objectives into effective legal structures.
- Lead/coordinate legal due diligence, identify risks and recommend practical mitigations.
- Advise on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Drive stakeholder coordination, transaction timelines and post-closing compliances.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and secretarial work for the group
- Strengthen legal processes, templates and risk-management frameworks while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, integrity and discretion.
