Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk -Senior Specialist to provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 IT support across BPM's global workplace. The role is responsible for independently resolving incidents and escalations, owning assigned queues/categories, supporting day-to-day IT operations,



and delivering high-quality remote and onsite end-user support within established SLAs.
The ideal candidate brings 5–6 years of service desk/end-user support experience, including 24x7 production support, with strong knowledge of desktop systems, Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications, hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong customer service, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with India and U.S.-based IT teams with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Desk & IT Operations
Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for remote and onsite users, independently resolving hardware, software, OS, network, access, and application incidents within established SLAs.
Own assigned queues/categories and accurately record, track, troubleshoot, document, escalate, and follow incidents through final resolution using service desk,
