Job Title: Site HR Admin

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site HR Admin to join our team in the solar industry. As the Site HR Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions at our site, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process for site personnel, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate and conduct recent employee orientation and onboarding activities
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in the solar industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented and organized
