About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations professional who will work closely with our branches, branch admins, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate Branch operations. This role combines branch and payment operations, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and process coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and strong at managing multiple stakeholders and driving issues to closure.

What You'll Do
- Own day to day branch-level operations and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with branch teams and admins to identify, investigate, and resolve Branch/ payment operations mismatches and exceptions.
- Act as the key point of contact between Finance, branches, admins, and other internal teams for operational and financial queries.
- Track pending items, discrepancies, and exceptions and drive timely closure with relevant stakeholders.
- Validate branch expenses, collections, transactions, and supporting documents as per defined processes.




- Maintain reconciliation trackers and reports to provide visibility on branch-level financial operations.
- Support month-end closures, audits, and other periodic finance activities.
- Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.

What You'll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliation, Branch Operations, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and basic data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of reconciliation, financial transactions, and operational processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple branches, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
