Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance activities for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
Implement and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEEE) strategies to enhance productivity.
Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for maintenance purposes, including data management and database setup.
Handle breakdown situations efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Supervise the maintenance of utility equipment and effectively manage Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Requirements

Proficiency in maintenance practices for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Experience working with ERP systems and familiarity with Enterprise Reporting Systems.




Knowledge of KAIZEN principles and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Possession of an EB license or relevant certifications in Plant Maintenance.
Robust analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

Ability to work with limited supervision and lead projects independently.
Experience in managing ERP software modules for maintenance operations.
Knowledge of handling front-end processes in ERP software, such as inventory management and shipping.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and other relevant maintenance technologies.
