? Plan and schedule production activities and shift operations.
? Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and resources.
? Monitor production, inventory and outsourced material planning.
? Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
? Improve production efficiency while maintaining quality and minimizing costs.
? Monitor daily operations and take corrective actions when required.
? Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and production processes.
? Handle production planning for injection moulding operations and material flow.
