We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a leading OTC healthcare brand Soframycin with Encube Ethicals.

? Location: Chennai

Coverage: Chennai and Salem

? CTC: Open for discussion

? Team Handling: atleast 3 years of team handling experience

? Experience: 8+ years in Pharma OTC / FMCG / Generic Pharma Sales with minimum 3 years of team management experience

Key Requirements:

✅ Strong experience in OTC, Generic Pharma, FMCG Pharma, or Channel Sales

✅ Proven track record in handling distributors, semi-wholesalers, and retail channels

✅ Experience in leading and developing field sales teams

✅ Valuable understanding of primary & secondary sales, schemes, margins, and channel management





✅ Strong market knowledge of the assigned geography

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across the territory
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 sales professionals
- Manage distributor and retailer relationships
- Execute marketing campaigns and ensure market visibility
- Monitor team performance, forecasting, and business planning
- Ensure effective coverage and execution in the assigned territory
