As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP applications for HANA.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.





Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA database concepts.
- Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform integration services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required."
