Job Highlight
WRI India is looking for a junior UX Designer to join its growing digital Product and Data teams. You will work across programs — including Food,



Land, Water and Mobility — to design user-centred digital products, research tools, and data dashboards that communicate complex environmental, and urban concepts in an easy to understand manner. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone early in their career who is curious, cooperative, and eager to apply design thinking to issues that matter.

What You Will Do
I. Digital product and interface design (35%)
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces used by government, civil society, and public users.
- Translate program requirements and research findings into clear, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences.
- Maintain and evolve WRI India's design system, ensuring visual consistency across products and publications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
