As a Product Manager in [Chase TRavel within Consumer & Community Banking Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Own the Lodging product roadmap and outcomes for two squads,



including strategy, prioritization, delivery, and measurable business impact.
- Lead and manage a team of product analysts as a people manager—setting explicit ownership, expectations, development plans, and delivery practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt; manage dependencies and ensure transparent decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, squads, and Agility Leads / PMO to translate the book of work into an optimal product backlog, balancing scope, capacity, and constraints.
- Drive Agile delivery of Lodging capabilities, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, and release management aligned to availability, performance, and security requirements.
