WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Senior Specialist,



you will be the primary Location Business Partner for Arcesium’s Bengaluru office— responsible for end to end employee experience, from onboarding to engagement to culture. In this role you will bring a structured, data-informed approach to everything you do, using Power BI reporting and AI tools to sharpen insights and improve the quality of decisions. - Serve as the go-to HR partner for employees at the Bengaluru office, addressing people-related queries with speed and empathy
