Purpose of the Role
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and HR MIS. The role will work closely with employees and business teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with various departments for employee-related requirements.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Maintain recruitment and joining trackers.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance, leave, and regularization.
- Provide accurate employee inputs to the payroll team.
- Support monthly payroll activities and resolve payroll-related employee queries.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Coordinate employee communication, events, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and escalating issues where required.
5. HR MIS & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and various HR reports.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and personnel files.
