Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR activities at the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to workforce management, factory compliance, contract labour management, employee relations, administration, safety coordination, TQM/Kaizen practices, and daily HR reporting.

The candidate must be comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees and plant leadership in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Plant HR Operations

•⁠ ⁠Manage complete day-to-day HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
•⁠ ⁠Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.




•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures across the plant.
•⁠ ⁠Act as a key HR point of contact for employees, supervisors, department heads, and plant management.

2.⁠ ⁠Workforce & Team Management

•⁠ ⁠Manage and monitor blue-collar, white-collar, and contract workforce.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure optimum manpower deployment as per production and operational requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Handle workforce planning, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, and shift management.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure effective team handling and coordination across different departments.

3.⁠ ⁠Contract Labour Management

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end contract labour operations.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with manpower contractors and vendors.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor contractor compliance, attendance, deployment, wages, statutory documentation, and billing.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with applicable contract labour regulations and company policies.
