WSP GCC HK Advisory is seeking an Engineer (ICT) to be part of Electrical &ICT; team that supports WSP HK Advisory business in delivering designs, from concept stage to detailed design, for major multi-disciplinary projects. The individual will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects including sewage water treatment plants, Buildings, infrastructure, Highways, rail, Metro rail, Mainline railway, Tunnel (TVS).
The ICT Engineer is responsible for independent design delivery of ICT and ELV systems for multidisciplinary Infrastructure projects. The role involves client interaction, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ownership of assigned project packages.
Responsibilities
Designing and Developing ICT Systems
Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for:
Structured Cabling (Cat 6/6A, Fiber – SM/MM)
LAN, WAN & Wi‑Fi systems
Telephony & Unified Communications
CCTV, Video Surveillance System, Access Control, Intrusion Detection & Security Systems
AV, PA, and Emergency Communication Systems
Prepare drawings, specifications, BOQs,



and design reports
Mapping of Radar, Li Dar, Traffic Control & Surveillance System
Should have a deep understanding of network architecture, infrastructure, databases, and security protocols to ensure a reliable and productive system.
Technical Team
Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and reviews.
Support tendering activities, including technical clarifications and evaluations.
Coordinate for the activities, handling tasks, providing technical guidance, fostering collaborations.
Quality & Standards
Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, IEEE, BICSI, NFPA, and local codes.
Apply resilience, redundancy, and cybersecurity principles where applicable.
Ensure project deliverables meet internal quality and program requirements.
Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications
Mandatory skills
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and power systems
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCA
