Your mission
As a test automation lead you are responsible for defining, building, and leading automated testing for PLM solutions.
This role demands to ensure every release is reliable, scalable, and genuinely fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Define the overall automated testing approach for the implementation project, covering regression, integration, and UAT support




Define the scope of manual vs. automated tests based on risk, effort, and tooling constraints
Supervise and coordinate a team of 4-6 testers across all phases of testing
Monitor defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution with explicit communication across functional, technical, and business teams
Oversee and participate in the execution of automated tests across any relevant framework — Selenium, Playwright, TestComplete, or equivalent
Evaluate and adopt new tools or frameworks where they add genuine value to coverage, speed, or maintainability
Identify high-risk areas and ensure focused, proportionate test coverage
Work closely with business representatives, stream leads, and IT to ensure test coverage meets business needs
