RESPONSIBILITIES

* Work closely with trading team to optimize bunker sales operations
* Manage day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth barge, pipeline, and tank
truck movements.
* Coordinate with shipping agencies, port officials, surveyors, and other
stakeholders for daily bunker supply execution.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and international bunkering
guidelines.
* Prepare operational reports in Excel as required.
* Work collaboratively with internal team, including marketing, operation and
finance
* Review vendor bills and issue work orders as required.
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
* Actively participate in current and future projects designed to improve
processes and procedures, maintain an awareness of digital/market
developments in the bunkering space
* Support as required for current or existing projects which may be outside of
day-to-day responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualification

• Recent College Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in –
Maritime studies, Engineering, supply chain logistics or related field.

Work Experience

• 1-2 years
