Job Summary

NuvoRetail is looking for a proactive, organized and process-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day HR Operations, employee lifecycle, recruitment support, Learning & Development (L&D;), employee engagement, HR compliance, HR planning & coordination, and office administration .
The role requires strong ownership, documentation and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, managers, vendors and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring timely execution, process discipline and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements and recruitment activities.
- Support sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer rollout and joining coordination.




- Ensure completion of joining documentation and background/employment verification.
- Coordinate structured onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Coordinate workstation, access, documentation and other joining requirements.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits .
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, regularization and employee data through the HRMS.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits and salary revisions.
- Prepare and maintain offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal/promotion, experience and relieving letters.
