This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead based in India.
This is a hands-on, globally focused IT recruitment role for an experienced talent acquisition qualified who can independently manage complex hiring mandates.
You will partner directly with international customers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
The role covers the full hiring lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through interviews, negotiation, offer acceptance, and onboarding engagement.
You will recruit across diverse technology domains, including cloud, cybersecurity, software development, data and AI, ERP, and IT operations.
Strong business-level English and Japanese communication skills are essential for engaging candidates and customers across international markets.
Success will be measured through delivery speed, fulfillment, SLA adherence, offer acceptance, and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities
Engage directly with international customers to understand hiring requirements, clarify role expectations, and translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategies.
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer closure, joining confirmation, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, direct sourcing, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for recurring, strategic, and high-priority IT positions.
Create bilingual job postings and candidate communications in English and Japanese as required.
