Responsible for payroll review, employee-related accounting, intercompany invoicing, and compliance activities. Ensures accurate financial postings, timely reporting, and support for audits and statutory requirements
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Review and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of earnings, deductions, and GOSI
Post payroll and related journal entries with correct GL and cost center allocation
Manage employee benefits accounting (medical, insurance, recoveries)
Raise and process intercompany and vendor invoices with proper documentation
Prepare monthly accruals, provisions, and cost allocation entries
Maintain and reconcile prepaid and GOSI schedules
Support VAT and WHT requirements, including analysis and reconciliations




Assist in internal/external audits by preparing reports and supporting documents
Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in payroll or finance operations
Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and financial processes
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Familiarity with GOSI, VAT, and WHT (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High attention to detail and robust analytical skills
