Job Description
Position Summary
Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities associated with a large-scale mining plant project. The role will provide construction leadership during project development from the Home Office and subsequently assume full responsibility for on-site construction execution, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and technical requirements.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management of mining and mineral processing plant,



with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Home Office Phase
• Participate in project planning, constructability reviews, and execution strategy development.
• Support engineering, procurement, contracting, and project controls teams during project development.
• Review engineering deliverables to ensure construction readiness and efficient execution.
• Develop construction management plans, site mobilization plans, and workforce strategies.
• Participate in contractor prequalification, tender evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
• Develop construction schedules, resource plans, and site logistics strategies.
• Support HSE planning and project risk assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability.
