As part of our aggressive growth strategy in India, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive profitable growth across municipal and industrial wastewater sectors.





We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for our wastewater aeration and biological treatment solutions across municipal and industrial markets in India. This role will focus on business development, specification selling, project tracking, consultant engagement, and key account management.

Drive regional sales growth though formulating strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Develop relationships with Municipal Corporations, Water Boards, EPC Contractors, Consultants, and PMCs.
Influence specifications during project planning and design stages.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals with the help of design engineering team and actively follow up.
Negotiate contracts & track sales performance in the region to ensure accurate project execution & customer satisfaction.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
Track and report on Market trends and competitors while collaborating with technical, operations and marketing teams on developing new strategies.
