As a Senior NetSuite Consultant at Plative, you will be advising and
implementing NetSuite solutions to our portfolio of customers. Candidates for
this role should possess a deep knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the
Retail & Wholesale Distribution space and high-level knowledge of common
industry-specific integrations. You will act as a knowledgeable advisor to
customers, uncover business requirements, and configure effective solutions that
address the customer's requirements. Plative is a rapid-paced, agile environment,
so you will be involved from project inception to completion and will work on
multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver basic to complex NetSuite implementation projects,
including solution design and project management.
* Facilitate and lead customer discovery meetings, identifying opportunities
beyond the initial scope and tracking findings in the project backlog.
* Delegate tasks to analysts and guide their work to ensure high-quality
deliverables.
* Flag project limitations and issues early,
and work with senior consultants
and architects to address them.
* Prepare design documentation and present configuration and design
recommendations to customers.
* Raise design risks, constraints, and critical dependencies to senior
consultants and architects, and work together to resolve them.
* Communicate delivery risks, including budget, schedule, and scope, to project
managers and lead consultants.
* Guide testing approaches for internal QA and customer UAT.
* Handle core configuration tasks, including complex business logic.
* Advise customers on leading practices and make configuration and design
recommendations.
* Serve as the expert business process owner for core processes.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
