Remote Business Development Executive – 6-Month Contract
Location: Work from home, India
Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + up to ₹5,000 performance incentives
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of sales, recruitment,
customer support, or client-facing experience
Working days: 6 days per week, with 1 weekly day off
Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Start date: Immediate

ROLE OVERVIEW
Weekday AI is hiring a remote Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
to speak with companies that are hiring engineering talent. You will contact
prospective clients, understand their recruitment needs, explain Weekday AI’s
services, qualify opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate
activity records.
