About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper / Accountant with hands-on experience in MYOB & Xero Accounting Software and exposure to Australian or international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, financial records, reconciliations, and supporting general administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using MYOB & Xero Accounting Software. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices,



bills, and expense claims. Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity. Prepare BAS/GST supporting reports (Australian clients) and assist with month-end and year-end processes. Generate financial reports, cash flow reports, and management reports. Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and external stakeholders as required. Administration & Coordination Provide administrative support, including document management and record keeping. Coordinate with internal teams and international clients regarding financial documentation. Manage emails, schedules, and follow up on pending financial or administrative tasks. Assist with general office administration and operational support.
