As a Technical Lead (Senior Power BI Developer), you will lead the design,
development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade Power BI reporting and dashboard
solutions. You will manage a team of 5 to 8 developers while remaining actively
involved in solution design, dashboard development, stakeholder engagement,
troubleshooting, and project delivery. This role requires robust leadership
capabilities and hands‑on expertise in Power BI, data modelling, performance
optimisation, security management, and stakeholder collaboration.

* Design scalable semantic models to support growing business demands.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective
solutions.

Dashboard Mockup & Stakeholder Management

* Create dashboard prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
* Facilitate design workshops with business users.
* Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into designs.
* Manage review cycles to ensure alignment with expectations.
* Recommend enhancements to improve user experience.

Power BI Workspace Administration & Security

* Manage Power BI Workspaces and governance activities.
