Work alongside teams every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and support in providing practical insights at certain stages of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Position Summary

part of Strategy & Transactions offering portfolio, performs valuation of business entities, intellectual property, partnership interests, private debt instruments, Fee for service and Health Care Professional Fair Market Valuation services. As a professional in this team, you will be responsible for providing Fair Market Valuation services and commercial reasonableness analyses supporting management planning and regulatory compliance considerations to Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies. The role combines analytical modeling, healthcare compliance awareness, and transparent written reporting to deliver client-ready deliverables and support client with their regulatory compliance or management planning requirements.
