HopingMinds is looking for an experienced Solar Trainer to deliver classroom and practical field training under our Solar Module Installation Training Program.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on Solar PV installation, wiring, inverter configuration, and maintenance.
Provide practical hands-on and field-based training.
Train participants on safety procedures, troubleshooting, and industry best practices.
Supervise rooftop solar installations and mentor trainees during Field OJT.
Eligibility & Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in Solar PV installation and maintenance.
Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
Robust communication and training delivery skills.
Willingness to travel for training sessions.
Prior training or skill-development experience will be an added advantage.
