As a Full Stack - .NET - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.



You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver quality outcomes
Designing, coding, and testing applications using C#.NET, Java, and Pyth
